At NexGrid, we place the privacy and data security of our software users as a core priority. Our systems are committed to maintaining a secure processing environment free from unnecessary data tracking, ensuring your technical and operational activities remain under approved protection and confidentiality controls.
We currently process information needed for access requests and account administration, including contact details, a trading account identifier, application and eligibility records, subscription information, invoices, billing records, and authenticated portal-session data. NexGrid does not currently collect trading-account passwords through the customer portal.
We are fully committed to strict non-sharing policy: We do not sell, rent, share, license, or trade any subscriber data, financial identities, or specific execution details with any external entity or third party for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
Trading-provider onboarding is not currently active. Any future provider-mediated connectivity and related data processing will be documented after the final technical flow is implemented and approved. We do not present an unimplemented future credential flow as a current service practice.
We may adjust this policy in the future to maintain alignment with advanced global encryption and security standards. Registered foundational Beta members will be notified of any significant changes regarding data processing or system security through the portal dashboard.
