The current service provides limited access to our closed foundational Beta program for account eligibility, subscription, billing, invoices, and account administration. Trading-provider onboarding and connectivity are not currently active. As a Beta participant, you understand that available features may undergo continuous updates.
NexGrid currently provides access, eligibility, subscription, billing, invoice, and account-administration services. Trading connectivity and execution features may depend on external trading infrastructure or providers and are available only when expressly activated and configured. The company does not hold customer funds, provide investment consulting, or operate as a financial broker.
These terms of use and the website content exclude any form of financial guarantee or implied promise of financial outcomes, fixed returns, or absolute protection against losses resulting from gold market volatility. The subscriber acknowledges that leveraged financial markets are inherently unpredictable and governed by independent economic variables.
All NexGrid source code, proprietary software, product logic, documentation, and visual assets represent the exclusive intellectual property of NexGrid unless otherwise stated. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of these materials to customers.
