A Copying subscription lasts 30 days. The offer price of USD 49.99 applies to subscriptions and renewals purchased through December 31, 2026. After the offer ends, every new subscription and renewal costs USD 79.99, including renewals by existing subscribers; the discounted price is not retained for later renewals. Previously paid time is retained in full. The amount due is shown before payment.
NexGrid provides access, eligibility, Access Cycle, billing, invoice, account-administration, and controlled trading-account setup services. Trading connectivity and execution features may depend on external infrastructure and remain unavailable until the required payment, connection verification, and service activation steps are complete. NexGrid does not hold customer funds, provide investment consulting, or operate as a financial broker.
These terms of use and the website content exclude any form of financial guarantee or implied promise of financial outcomes, fixed returns, or absolute protection against losses resulting from gold market volatility. The subscriber acknowledges that leveraged financial markets are inherently unpredictable and governed by independent economic variables.
All NexGrid source code, proprietary software, product logic, documentation, and visual assets represent the exclusive intellectual property of NexGrid unless otherwise stated. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of these materials to customers.
No refund applies before payment because no payment has been received. If an Access Cycle Fee is confirmed but NexGrid cannot activate the service, the full Access Cycle Fee will be refunded to the original payment method. After service activation, the Access Cycle Fee is non-refundable.
There is no mandatory automatic renewal. A customer may choose not to renew the next 30-day Access Cycle. A current activated cycle remains available until its expiry and is not prorated or refunded.
NexGrid is the current service and brand name. No formal business jurisdiction has been established. Nothing on this website represents NexGrid as a registered company, corporation, licensed entity, or incorporated business.
